the PRR version stenciled as a G26A, it looks more like it could at least be a stand-in for a G37 (the ribs all go to the bottom of the side). Looks to me
that, if you replaced the Ajax brake wheel with a lever brake handle and repainted it in Shadow Keystone, it would make a reasonable G37. Any comments from
the rivet counters?

Since we don't have no more than 2-track mainline here in Europe, I'd like to ask question about multiple tracks, particularly on PRR of course!

If it's a 3-track mainline, is the center track indifferent (I mean trains running West- or Eastbound)?

In the case of 4-track mainline (Philly to Harrisburg), what is the correct configuration?

Thank you for your help and for sharing knowledge!

The A's are both from the first order. In fact, I decided to model two of the three preserved GP9s, 7000 and 7006 (both Phase IIA units), as-built new in
10/1955, and both of which were assigned to the Philly Region (both also had trainphones). By the way the B is, properly, a Phase 3B unit from 1958 (I'll

Recently Con-Cor released models of what were labeled mp54 steam coaches.

I am curious why these are classified as mP54 coaches and not P54 coaches. I was under the impression that they were built as P54's and were reclassified
as mP54 when they were converted to Electric motors and trailers. Since this seems not to be the case, what did the "m" signify?
