			<description><![CDATA[ I have an old wooden ringer box about 5 1/2 X 4 1/2 X 5 &quot; high with 2 bells on top. There are 2 terminals on top. There&#39;s no crank. It has a little
brass plate between the bells stating &quot;PROPERTY OF PENNA RR CO&quot;.

If the explanation is way too complicated, I am mainly interested in the early and mid-1950&#39;s.

(3 facing eastbound and 2 facing westbound)  What is the 3rd eastbound signal used for?  Is the eastbound inside track bi-directional?  I would appreciate any
info the group can supply.

If it&#39;s a 3-track mainline, is the center track indifferent (I mean trains running West- or Eastbound)?

In the case of 4-track mainline (Philly to Harrisburg), what is the correct configuration?
